I hope you didn’t get here expecting to find the holy grail and answer to all your printing problems in Fedora or Linux because you may be disappointing  😛

I was having trouble setting up printing on a Fedora 16 system and was frustrated by the lack of configuration available in “System Settings | Printing”:

It wasn’t till I got to the Brother Printing web site that I discovered an excellent web site that comes with Fedora 16 for administering printers. You can get to it on your Fedora box at:

 http://localhost:631/printers
